We organize thematic dinners to introduce our guests with traditional dishes by which Croatia is famous in the world. By carefully preparing and selecting the best ingredients, we spice up dishes with a taste of magic, because we care so much to introduce you to all the beauties of our - Dalmatian and Croatian cuisine.

 

Bistro Taste expects you next to the beach, in front of the lower entrance to the Medora Auri Hotel. Thanks to a carefully thought-out concept, it is an ideal choice for a healthy lunch, romantic dinner for two or just a quick bite between two bathing. Embark on an unforgettable journey through the rich Dalmatian and Mediterranean flavours and a relaxing idyll full of scents of the sea and lavender.

We listened to your wishes and created a new gastronomic magic in our restaurant Taste with a view of the Adriatic Sea.
Follow the paths of aromas and flavors of traditional Mediterranean and modern world cuisine and enjoy an a la carte dinner of four courses.

Relax by reading your favourite newspaper, coffee and a pleasant company in a relaxing surrounding of the Lobby bar and just stop the moment whilst enjoying the beautiful view of the coast and islands extending from terrace.

At the Lobby Bar, coffee is always freshly ground, a beer glass chilled whilst the wine list is varied enough for a supreme feeling of relaxation in an evergreen Mediterranean environment.

The real refreshment provided by going to the pool is complete only when you have a rich selection of refreshing and chilled drinks. This is exactly the case with our Medora Auri hotel pool, a favourite spot that offers twice as stronger refreshment.

Indigo Cocktail Bar is an ideal place to relax at any time of the day. In the morning is ideal for a quiet contemplation by the sea and planning your day when enjoying your favourite drink whilst in the afternoon it turns into an oasis where you can, immersed in comfortable armchairs and shade, indulge in lively conversations with refreshingly colourful cocktails.

The sunset and evening conducted in Indigo cocktail bar are a special experience After the Podgora sun goes down and completes one of the most beautiful natural performances on the Makarska Riviera, this bar turns into a centre of entertainment with the inevitable live music performed by famous local artists.
