Service Information

In order to prepare you in the best possible way for your holiday and provide you with all the information you may need before you arrive at the hotel, we have prepared answers to your most frequently asked questions, which you can read here.

In order to make your stay at the Medora Auri Hotel as carefree and enjoyable as possible, our friendly reception staff will be at your disposal 24/7 and will be happy to answer all of your questions and help you book additional services.


Secure parking for Medora Auri Hotel guests is possible for an additional fee, according to the hotel price list, which you can check here.

Parking is possible in one of the three car parks, 30, 100 and 200 metres away from the hotel. Since the amount of parking is limited, these cannot be booked before arriving at the hotel.

When you arrive, and after your check-in at the hotel, our friendly staff will accompany you to the nearest available car park and give you detailed instructions on how to use it. The cost of parking will be charged at the end of your stay at the hotel.


All guests of the Medora Auri Hotel have free Wi-Fi internet access throughout the hotel, in hotel rooms and on the beach in front of the hotel. Detailed instructions on how to sign up for the Internet can be obtained at the front desk when you check in.


The hotel restaurant is open from 07:00 to 11:00 for breakfast and 19:00 to 21:30 for dinner, every day. Breakfast and dinner are served on a buffet.

The everyday dining experience is completed with a show-cooking station, where our staff prepare your favourite dishes, right in front of you. In addition to the interior space of the restaurant, hotel guests can enjoy dining with a view of the sea on the restaurant terraces.

As for our youngest guests, we have a special and decorated children's corner, filled with their favourite foods and healthy alternatives that children love.

Drinks in the hotel restaurant are charged extra. You can sign the receipt for the drink when you take it, and you will be charged at the reception during check-out.

We also offer our guests a wide variety of gluten-free meals for breakfast and dinner. You will find a list of other allergens on the name labels next to each dish. Our restaurant staff are at your disposal for any other information and additional special dietary requirements.

Holiday with children

The Medora Auri Hotel offers many activities that are specially designed to provide a fun holiday for the children and carefree holiday for parents.

The Medora Auri Hotel provides the following for your carefree holiday:
  • Additional complimentary room services: baby bottle heaters, bath tubs, socket protection and children toilet seats, available at the front desk, subject to availability.
  • Additional room service for a fee: cot and baby carriage - we recommend that you book in advance, and when you arrive at the hotel, please make a special note at the front desk.
The Medora Auri Hotel also offers numerous activities for the little ones as part of animation programmes, such as beach activities, children's games and board games, as well as a handful of art workshops and children's mini disco, organised close to the hotel's swimming pool.

In addition to many activities, there is also a children's playroom, Playhotel, filled with numerous amenities for children. The playroom is open from 10:00 to 12:00 and from 15:00 to 18:00, from mid-May to the beginning of October.

Holiday with pets

In order for you and your pet, as well as other guests of our hotel, to enjoy a well-deserved holiday, please follow the four golden rules for your pet’s accommodation at the Medora Auri Hotel:
  1. Pets (except for guide dogs) are not allowed in the common areas of the hotel - swimming pools, restaurant, playroom, wellness centre, gym, and beach.
  2. Pets cannot use the bed or sofa in the hotel rooms, and it is not permitted to bathe them in the bathrooms.
  3. The beach in front of the Medora Auri Hotel is not intended for bathing pets. A pet-friendly beach is located 100 metres from the lower hotel entrance.
  4. Relax and enjoy your holiday together with your four-legged friends! 😊

Medical services

If you need medical assistance during your holiday, please contact the Medora Auri Hotel front desk staff, who will call a doctor for you.

The doctor will arrive at the hotel as soon as possible, and the receipt will be issued according to the valid price list approved by the Croatian Chamber of Physicians.
