Can 3 or 4 adult persons stay in a family room?
The family room is designated for two adult persons and two children up to the age of 16.
Are all the rooms in the hotel furnished with a shower and are there any rooms with a bathtub?
We also provide rooms with a bathtub.
May I reserve a double bed?
All your preferences will be forwarded to the front desk staff, who will try to accommodate you, although we cannot provide any guarantees.
Can I reserve a non-smoking room?
Pursuant to the Act on restrictions on the use of tobacco and related products of the Republic of Croatia, smoking is prohibited in public and indoor areas of the hotel. Smoking is allowed on the room balconies and the terraces of the catering establishments.
What is the width of the room entrance door?
The width of the standard room door is 85 cm x 200 cm, while the width of the disabled-access room door is 102 cm x 200 cm.
Do you provide disabled-access rooms?
The Medora Auri hotel provides rooms adapted for people with disabilities. Please contact our reservation centre when making a reservation.
What are the dimensions of the spare bed?
The dimensions of the spare bed are 90 cm x 200 cm.
Can I choose a room number?
Unfortunately, booking a specific accommodation unit (number) is not possible, but we guarantee that the category of your allocated accommodation unit will match the one you booked. All preferences regarding the number of the accommodation unit will be duly noted and fulfilled, if possible.
Can I be moved to a larger room?
If there are rooms vacant, we will gladly offer you another room category according to the valid price list.
When is the front desk open?
The front desk of the Medora Auri Hotel is open 24/7.
Do all the rooms have a balcony?
All the rooms at the Medora Auri and Podgorka hotels have balconies.
How do I regulate the room temperature?
Using the sensory device available in the rooms. You will find detailed instructions next to the device.
Can the room mini bar be emptied completely?
The mini bars in the accommodation units of the Medora Auri Hotel are stocked according to the preferences of the guest.
Can you confirm an early hotel check-in or late check-out?
We will gladly record your request for an early check-in or check-out and make a confirmation depending on the options and availability of the accommodation units.
What is the difference between the main building and the pavilion at the Medora Auri Hotel?
The only difference is in the layout of the building where the pavilions are single separate accommodation units, while some other common hotel amenities are located in the main hotel building. All our accommodation units provide top-notch service.
Is there a heated corridor connecting the main building and the pavilion at the Medora Auri Hotel?

Bathrobes and slippers are available in every accommodation unit of the Medora Auri Hotel.
How, and in which currency, can I pay my hotel bill?
You can pay in cash or with all credit and debit cards. In all our facilities in Croatia, payments are made at the front desk in the national currency (KUNA), according to the exchange rate valid on the day of payment.
Is there a storage room for luggage/bicycles?
If you would like to store your luggage or bicycle, please ask the front desk staff for assistance when checking into the Medora Auri or Podgorka hotels.
Is there a lift to the walkway outside the Medora Auri hotel?
A lift will take you from the 10th floor below to the walkway. Using the lift is only possible with the room card that guests receive upon checking into the hotel. Once inside the lift, the card should be placed against the reader above the floor button.
