Which credit cards are accepted when paying for accommodation?
Upon confirming your reservation, we will accept the following credit cards: Visa Classic, American Express, Diners and Mastercard. We do not accept Visa Electron credit cards.

You can change your current reservation online, by calling the reservation centre at 385 (0) 21 601 701 or by sending an e-mail to

How can I cancel my reservation without a penalty?
You can cancel your reservation pursuant to the cancellation terms and conditions. The cancellation and payment terms and conditions are integral parts of the reservation confirmation and may differ depending on the type of offer and price list, so please take that into consideration when making a reservation.
What are the reservation cancellation terms and conditions?
Reservation cancellation conditions are indicated on the received reservation confirmation.
Free cancellation of the reservation is possible up to 7 days before arrival in case of hotel reservation, and up to 14 days after arrival in case of reservation in our campsite.
