The family room is designated for two adult persons and two children up to the age of 16.

We also provide rooms with a bathtub.

All your preferences will be forwarded to the front desk staff, who will try to accommodate you, although we cannot provide any guarantees.

Pursuant to the Act on restrictions on the use of tobacco and related products of the Republic of Croatia, smoking is prohibited in public and indoor areas of the hotel. Smoking is allowed on the room balconies and the terraces of the catering establishments.

The width of the standard room door is 85 cm x 200 cm, while the width of the disabled-access room door is 102 cm x 200 cm.

The Medora Auri hotel provides rooms adapted for people with disabilities. Please contact our reservation centre when making a reservation.

The dimensions of the spare bed are 90 cm x 200 cm. 

Unfortunately, booking a specific accommodation unit (number) is not possible, but we guarantee that the category of your allocated accommodation unit will match the one you booked. All preferences regarding the number of the accommodation unit will be duly noted and fulfilled, if possible.

If there are rooms vacant, we will gladly offer you another room category according to the valid price list.

All the rooms at the Medora Auri Hotel have balconies.

The mini bars in the accommodation units of the Medora Auri Hotel are stocked according to the preferences of the guest.

Hotel Medora Auri has 4 buildings: one with 16 floors and 3 buildings called Residences, which are located closer to the beach and the promenade, surrounded by trees and children's playgrounds.

The hotel buildings are separate, located in the surroundings of the main outdoor pool.

A robe and slippers are available at the reception and are available upon guest's request, subject to availability.

You can pay in cash or with all credit and debit cards. In all our facilities in Croatia, payments are made at the front desk in the national currency (EURO), according to the exchange rate valid on the day of payment. 

If you would like to store your luggage or bicycle, please ask the front desk staff for assistance when checking into the Medora Auri Hotel.

A lift will take you from the 10th floor below to the walkway. Using the lift is only possible with the room card that guests receive upon checking into the hotel. Once inside the lift, the card should be placed against the reader above the floor button.
